What is metal rolling?

What is a cold-rolled coil?

Hot rolled steel that has been processed further is known as cold-rolled steel. After cooling, hot rolled steel is re-rolled at room temperature to get more precise dimensions and improved surface characteristics. Although "cold rolled" steel is commonly used to represent a variety of finishing methods.
